When FDR said, “We have nothing to fear but fear itself” back in 1932, he knew that the American people’s fear was only making things worse and keeping them from reaching their full potential. In that famous address, he went on to describe fear as, “nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance.”
Whether it is fear of failure, fear of success, or just fear of the unknown, we all have experienced fear in our lives.
So, how do we face fear and conquer it? There is no fear antidote—not a pill or potion, that is. There is, however, a way to quiet that self-sabotaging fear, and it involves facing them and bringing what's truly important to the surface, like:
Vision - See it
Creativity - Unleash it
Momentum - Feel it (Use it!)
Collaboration - Embrace it
